@Henry @Jonah when people ask about smarthome and IoT stuff, it is a great opportunity to raise awareness for and guide consumers to Mozilla’s “Privacy Not Included” project. It’s a great first stop for consumer friendly / not overly technical privacy guidance for IoT devices and such.
And beyond this, its a good opportunity to showcase another cool thing Mozilla is doing apart from Firefox and Thunderbird, and its also quite ‘on brand’ for Techlore specifically as its definitely designed with the goal of making privacy accessible and approachable to the average person/mainstream consumer.
